At Express Copiers we do not operate a digitised menu-based telephone system and believe in the importance of a human response. This enables us to analyse calls and in many instances provide a solution over the telephone.
Where a service call needs an engineer to attend, it is logged at the time of receipt and allocated to a field service engineer. It is policy to achieve an intial response within four working hours, although in reality faster response times are more frequent. Spare parts are fitted either from an engineer's stock, stores stock or by next day delivery. In the unlikely event a problem is not resolved, a loan machine can be supplied.
Engineers are specifically product trained and provided with all technical information to enable them to resolve problems as quickly as possible. Also technical support is given with all aspects of installation and network connectivity.
We have a modern workshop where machines are refurbished to an extremely high standard. All reconditioning and any repair work is performed by product trained engineers.
